Dang, used a lot of Estwings but never seen’em like that. Wish they still made those.
I’d even pay double that price.

I would like one of their knives also, but...Dang that’s neat. Thanks for sharing. I’d love one of their camp knives. But yeah, that’s a dream.
I like that 3 pin model.I do like these, especially the wood scales. I was fortunate to find both the 3 and 2 pin models.
I like that 3 pin model.
That little notch can be useful. When camping I like to bring a few duplex nails for hanging things on trees or securing a line. The little nail notch serves well enough to pull those nails. I even modified a little Fiskars hatchet with a nail notch for a light backpacking tool.I never found the nail-puller notch on the bottom of the blade to be particularly useful, but that looks like a decent crowbar.
FWIWWhat's the purpose of the little spike on the poll?
I like the Utilax also. I wonder if they still have the tooling for it somewhere, they'd make an interesting limited/special edition.
12" or 13-1/2" model? 14A or 24A? Have you done anything beyond admiring this ol' girl yet?A rescue.
