Well, the mail man decided to be extra nice today.

Mora Clipper and BK7 fresh out of the box:

After a little bit of time with some 550 (the back of the BK7 sheath):

I haven't had a chance to get out with them yet, but I can already tell this is a very good pair that will serve me well.

I gotta try one of those Moras. Seven looks pretty good too. :D

Congratulations on a couple nice blades and welcome to Beckerland!

Congrats my man.
Yeah, I need to pull the trigger on a Mora too.
I just need to throw one in the cart on my next shopping spree!

Like I said, I haven't gotten to go out yet, which means I haven't explored the 7's true potential. But at the moment, the Mora has me at least as excited as the 7. Sharp as hell and just fun to use. Hopefully, I'll get out tomorrow and put the 7 to work. Regardless, I'm a very happy man right now.

The grind lines on all the KaBar BK-7's I've seen look very well executed. This one is no exception.

The 7 is by no means a small knife.
However, every time I hold it I am amazed at how fast in the hand it is!
An absolutely amazing knife.

What a sweet combo! Perfect for someone that wants to be prepared for wood processing or light chopping if need be but still not carry too much weight. They shall serve you well I'm sure.

I got one of those little Mora's a few months ago. A great little knife for the money. Still need a 7, though. I like the new-style sheaths. The Molle attachments are a nice touch.

Congrats. Looks like a great pair. I've had a Mora Clipper for years (carbon) and they are great little knives. That 7 looks like it will take care of everything else big and small. Post up some pics and after action reports. Take care.
