Well, awhile back I got a nice Bark Ivory Mnandi, which I was 99% happy with. However, there was one little defect on the non-lock side of the ivory that I was not thrilled about (http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=779598&highlight=mnandi). Although it was within spec, I contacted Heather to see if CRK would be willing to remedy it, either through replacement, or repair. I offered to pay for anything done, of course, but after discussions, CRK agree to fix it for nothing! I was not sure if I could expect a repair, replacement scale, or whatever, and I left it in their hands.
Well, they did not disappoint. Yesterday, I received a brand new Bark Ivory Mnandi in the mail which I like even BETTER than the first one I got. I guess it was crap shoot, but it paid off big time.
CRK has earned a lifelong customer, for sure. Here it is, along with my small 21. These two knives are, essentially, the only two in my collection and I am very happy. Thanks for looking.
