I have never been one to participate in those "wouldn't it be great if Spyderco made this" threads, so now its my turn.

1 - regular production (not a Sprint or dealer exclusive) FFG G10 Endura 4. Multiple color options with the G10 - blue, first and foremost. Also fire engine red (yeah, I said it - what are you going to do about it?), black and digicam. Street price around $100. A little more for the black blade with digicam G10. Big seller. Big seller. In 12 months, this project will pay for a new cabin cruiser at the Glesser Marina.

2 - black FRN FFG Endura 4. The world is waiting. Its only a matter of time.

Ok - now get back to work.

G10 Endura. Return of The Legend.

I thought the FFG black Endura was already a "go"?

and "+1" on the G10 revival, also...

The one damn thing i hate about the endura is the FRN. I just keep having annoyances with it.

G10 would be a huge plus for me. Big seller indeed.

Kind of ironic when you think about it. For a long time you could have any color you wanted as long as it was black. Along come the flavors and now you can't have it in black:D

What's the point? For $100, you could just get a PM2, which has a "higher tech" lock, more expensive steel, and is made in the U.S.

Huge +1 on a regular production G10 Endura. Oh, and brown for me, please.

Endura has a longer blade, different ergonomics, a lockback and VG10. I could care less where it's made.

By the way, the black FRN FFG endura should be out soon. I've seen at least one pre order for them listing may as the release.

Oh, yes. Let's hope Spyderco discontinues R&D on new models to concentrate on stocking up on an already failed model in different colors, selling them at a loss so they can go broke even faster. Great plan.

I am fairly certain that another run of the G-10 Endura would go over well. I for one would buy one or two. And I have seen quite a few WTB threads on this and the Delica. Nobody said discontinuing R&D on other models either. They already have the plans, just new scale colors.

    Having a rough day?

If you can quote me saying that, or even alluding to it, I'll send you my NIB Ti/G10 Military. If not, maybe bug off.

^ hey guys, you're close to having a deal. split it. half of R&D for new models, half to widening the variants for existing ones.

Ok, just to get this project moving in the right direction, I'm willing to go the extra mile and lend my name to it. Mr. Sal can refer to one of the colors as Powernoodle Blue in the catalog. See what I go through for you guys?

Not so sure if Spyderco would put one out with a beautiful fire-engine red color. I remember reading somewhere that Spyderco reserves red for their "trainer" blades.

We can always dream though  !!
