The Survival Belt Sheath as sold on your website fits a 1.5 inch belt doing horizontal SOB carry, am I correct?

After a quick review of the site, I'm going with the Tek Lock version. (I'm not familiar with Tek Lock, so excuse that tidbit of ignorance)

Also: What's the difference between the "Fold over' and "two piece" options available on the site?

Fold over is folded over the spine of the blade. Two piece is riveted along either side.
