William Henry is shipping the newest variant in their International series. Stabilized black palm, cut on the bias for best display of that wood's distinct grain pattern. Priced at $30 more than plain G10.

The other lighter-colored wood they were working with in the prototypes at the Blade Show will not be going into production. Also, the black palm scales are not being sold separately for people who already bought the knife in G10. If you want to dress up your G10 S05 or S07, you can do it with your favorite material and ordinary workshop tools.

The Darrel Meier damascus Lancets are scheduled for late this year.

Specs? ... Here's the spiel from my web page:

This is William Henry's new "international" series, with a new "international" logo, with most of the work done to William Henry specifications in some of the better workshops in Seki City, Japan. The blades are hollow-ground VG10, which is the steel used in the Fällkniven knives and the Spyderco Moran, among others. Good sharp stuff. Liners are heat treated 420 stainless (instead of the titanium in their "standard" line. Construction details include stainless screws, Teflon washers, stainless fittings, and ambidextrous thumb studs. Polished and contoured G10 scales will be "standard issue," with other "nicer" materials available in special runs. Both models will be available in plain edge or combination edge. They come with the Clip Case.
S05-G - $120.00 (spearpoint blade) 2 3/4"
S07-G - $130.00 (modified Wharncliffe blade) 3 1/4"

Construction on these is rather similar to the Benchmade 330 - a "liner lock" with partial handle scales, making it sort of a "frame lock." Very slim knives. The clip case gives you convenient carry and one-hand access, but not "tactical" speed.
