A recently completed M8 Devastator. This behemoth sports a 9" long blade of CPM154 stainless, at 60 HRC. At .275" thick, it has devastating (
) chopping power and with thinner edge geometry still features great cutting aggression. This one also features a clip grind, for added penetration.
The hand stitched leather sheath has a drop leg swivel belt loop, so the rig can move with your leg, instead of poking you in the ribs when you kneel down. The knife is in the M.O.A. System family, (Make it Out Alive), and has a steel plated aluminum buttcap and replaceable ferro rod in the buttcap. It also has a sharpening rod GunKoted Tanker Gray to match the primary knife.
A beast of a package, and the client was very pleased. The big blades are always fun. Thanks for looking!
