0-1 from Toolanddie.com?

I am about ready to order some more 0-1. I used to get it from McMaster Carr, but I remember several people saying Toolanddie.com was a great place to get 0-1 from, so I just wanted to check again, to see if the general opinion was that they have good steel, and are good people. There prices seem very low. Are they ok with small orders?
Also, they seem to have two kinds of 0-1 on their site. One called "Timken Latrobe" or "Badger" and one called "Presco". Can anyone tell me the difference between these two? The price seem pretty close, but the MSRP is sig. different. Should I get the Badger, since it has a higher MSRP; is it a better steel?
Anyway, just wanted to see what others thought of their steel and service, before I put in a big (for me) order.
Thanks,
Brome

(guess I will see some of you at the show on Fri/Sat?)

call them, they're very friendly, ship very fast, small orders ok, VERY good prices. heck, even shipping was cheap.

all around good people i think. ive been thinking of ordering some D2 from them as well. the O1 i get is precision ground and very nice.

im not sure, call and ask. i'd like to know as well, they only had one type before when i ordered.

EDITED: I had gotten the Presco when i ordered. Also, the Timken has free shipping as well as the higher MSRP. thats always good. (free shipping i mean)

Looks like they're from two different companies,a nd they show it as that. Both ANSI(or whatever governing body is, can't remember), O1, just from two different companies/foundries. Every palce has slightly different proportions and methods, so this way if you know that one works better for you(like people who swear by crucible steels, etc), you can choose that one. Also, I think one was annealed and don't remember seeing that on other one. But too lazy to look again.

Skaere gave best answer, call and ask them.

I've bought O1 and A2 from them several times- fast service, good prices & no minimum.

The higher priced stuff might be the kind of O1 thats supposed to be dimensionally stable through heat treating. I've gotten some before form a local industrial tool supply in town. Good stuff, spoiled me. First blade I did with a different steel I warped the hell out of, have to be more careful from now on.

I have seen a couple of different versions of O1. One type contains a little Vanadium, which we all know is good in moderation.
