never mind. There out of this nationwide and dont show a replacement for this item......
 
This is one of the few things that I have a strong opinion on. A very
strong opinion. Starett precision ground flat stock is ALWAYS the best.
No inclusions, no "hard spots" no peculiar "grain spots" that never show
up until you are polishing a knife with hours work in the piece. It's always
worth paying the premium for Starett. This even more true of A-2 stock.
 
where do I find this Starrett stock at a decent price?
