7/32nd lanyard holes
Black leather sheath with brass fasteners and orange Kydex lining.

My friend the rifle hunter wanted this to be "fashion coordinated" with all the
hunter orange gear.......I think he's gay.

I really like the blade profile. Looks like it would make a great hunting knife, and a great bushcraft knife. Orange handles for some reason really catch my fancy, they look great with the steel.

Nice utility hunter.

Saber grind is a grind that stops in a line roughly half way up the blade.

very nice!!! are you using saltwater? I'm assuming that is for the etch. How would that work on 1095?

The salt is the heat treat process, and yes 1095 works, the quench tank just needs to be at a lower temp for a faster hardening.
