Well, I finally got my 0200 and 0301 in my hands! I got them both at the same time after reading through everyone's posts and doing a lot of research. I couldn't decide which one to get so I got both! Now I realize they are both entirely different animals. One feels more like a "slasher" in the hand and the other feels like a "stabber" (sorry for the graphic wording).
I can honestly say that kershaw has really won me over with their ZT line. These two knives feel organic and alive in the hand - that's how good the ergonomics are. I have been a buyer of BM and Spydies forever and then switched to customs but the ZT line has really, really made me a big fan for the value, design, and qualities the knives offer.
So which is my favorite - the 0200 and the 0300? Again, both are different. The speed safe and the Ti handle on the 0300 is a great combo but there's just somethings SO satisfying to the smooth opening followed by the loud "thwack!" of the 0200 blade locking open.
Another thing, one small thing that may not have been mentioned in the other posts about the 0200 - the liners don't have the laser cut marks one would see in the steel/Ti liners of other knives. A small but nice feature in the fit and finish of the knives.
Next, the 0500 Mudd or the 0100... KERSHAW, please come out with more models in the ZT line! Maybe something larger?
