0300 bias toward closure

My other speedsafe knives will actually snap back shut if within .5cm or less of closing. I never thought about it until recently, but my 0300 will not snap back closed no matter how close to being closed it is.
Does your 0300 act like this?

Im not sure what Cal law is but it takes a solid motion to make it open and Im guessing thats what counts but dont quote me on it

My leek cb is just like the 300. The only one I have that snaps back is the blur.
