0350 questions

I recently became a proud owner of a new zt 0350 stonewashed model, and was pondering over a couple things. Very minor issues to me, but just out of curiosity:

1. The lockbar cutout is an oval shape on the inside of one of the liners, and noticed all the other pictures of the 0350 throughout the web that I had seen had different cutouts; like, say the 0550 first gen. My question is simple: was my model an earlier generation? And

2. The blade of my knife says "Ken Onion Design S30V" with serial on top. Along with the other pictures of knives (besides the 0350CB and 0350zdpckt), I have noticed that most of the etchings on them say "Speed Safe S30V Ken Onion Design". My serial number is close to 2000, so do I have an earlier model before certain modifications? And if so, what were all of those mods? Because I have noticed it wasn't as smooth to de-assist as well, and I thought maybe they got smoother as the changes occurred.

Like I said before, I am only curious about these very small issues. Having 4 ZT's and a decent amount of Kershaws, I am just happy that I further researched KAI after my previous employer gave out green anodized Scallions to all of us! My wallet, on the other hand, is not so happy...

Mine is early 400's and has the Speed Safe etching. Honestly, I would rather it didn't and I hope that it's a change they made. The 0350SW has too many blade markings IMO.

On mine, Ken Onion's name is nowhere to be found. Never paid any attention to it or the lock bar cut out

Your lockbar cutout is the new style, same as the 0350OR and 0350BRN.
