First of all, Thanks to pillshovel for a great transaction.
My impressions,
This is a beefy folder and overall a pretty large feeling knife. My example, ser. 0194 was bought as new from the member above. The knife in hand feels very "confidence inspiring" (a term I have seen more than once when researching ZT knives.) I haven't cut anything with it yet but it definitely feels like it would be up to the task. The knife isn't perfect, there is ONE very small pit next to the stabilizer on the titanium that may be a tool mark. It is so small I missed it at first but it is there. Really not a big deal to me, I am sure I will get a lot more scratches and dings on this if I use it as intended.
Comparing it to my Para 2, it is slightly shorter but much more filling to the hand. I feel like it will fit the role of heavy duty folder very well. I am not sure about EDC but it will definitely make it my pocket on most weekends and any time I am going in the wilderness/fishing/camping, etc. I compared some of the other ZT offerings last weekend and realized that the 0300 series was too big. The 0350 was too small and the 550 would be just right. My first impressions are that I will be very satisfied and this is a tool that could last me a lifetime if I don't abuse it (and probably would even if I did abuse it).
The lockup is about 50% and is rock solid. The blade is perfectly centered and it has very smooth action with no blade play. It seems sharp but I haven't had the opportunity to really use it yet. I don't think I could have picked a better ZT to be my first! Thanks Kershaw/ZT! And thank you again Pillshovel for a great transaction!
Some pics are on this thread (mods, feel free to remove if this isn't ok).

Edit: I forgot to mention how good the hinderer scale looks on this. The pics in the tread above don't do the OD green justice!
