0560 lateral blade play.

My 0560 has a small amount of side to side blade play. I can eliminate it by tightening the
pivot but the blade is off center and almost rubbing the titanium scale. Is this commo with
the 560. I have a 0301 with zero blade play and is dead centered.

There are a few tricks to getting your blade centered, I'm sure someone will be along shortly to explain them better than I could.

Never tried it with a KVT knife, but the theory is still sound.

One of the nicest things about KVT (or any bearing system) is that tightened down properly it completely eliminates blade play and still allows the blade to pivot freely.

You may be able to perform the adjustment in my diagram with the pivot tightened for use and all the rest of the screws loosened.
