My hands were to messy to take pictures durring the meat portion but peppers and onions cut like air. I broke down 4 racks of raw baby back ribs, and half of a raw boston butt with it. I was more impressed than i thought i would be.

Lol, nice! I use a chef's knife for that, but if it works, it works right? Man I want a zt :(

My wife and I make all our own baby food for our daughter and she uses her little pink knife and i use the same 560 I use at work everyday it had been abused to say the least and been sharpened so much there isnt much of a choil left on it actually. I live it and can't imagine anything replacing it in my pocket

I was also surprised how well it does food prep with the thick stock. I prefer a kitchen knife but with my gf living in the same house, I can only keep my folders sharp. Dunno how she dulls them and chips them in less than a week lol.

hehe. Not quite the right knife for food prep IMO.
I put a stupid edge on some of our Cuisinart Chef's knives (which are crap BTW, really need to get a Shun) and they'll slice through a tomato with the blade's own weight, for a while anyway.
