0561 up and down blade play. Will it go away?

Hi all,
Got the knife three weeks ago, carried it every day since. In the past week i've started to notice some up and down blade play, it's minute, but it's there. I also notice that the lockbar is only contacting a tiny patch of the tang, and the lockbar has worn from about 30% engagement to about 70% in the three weeks i've had it. I know that TI framelocks will wear in quickly at first than stay more or less stationary. Basically what I'm asking is: do you think it will go away with time, or should I send it in to warranty. Ill post pics in a few minutes.

Lock-rock will not disappear. Mine was solid. I reco to send it in.

I probably will once i get my para 2 up and running again, waiting on a new pivot.

I know you probably already have, but have you tried adjusting the pivot?

Yup, I can reduce it ever so slightly but at the cost of flipping performance. No way yet to get it bank vault solid.

I got my 560 for Christmas and it has not worn much at all. I'm still at about 30% engagement. I say send it in.
