.060 Ti Paring Knife with handmade micarta

Playing with some kitchen knife designs lately. This was one of the more simple design that I wanted to try out with some new custom Black/White/Red Linen micarta.

This one is full convex ground with a carbidized edge and a high polished zero convex on the opposite side. It is .060 at the thickest portion of the convex grind.

I like the overall design, it'll pair up nicely with your bigger kitchen knives. The new handles look good too!

Got to handle this over the weekend, and it's a cool pairing knife for sure. I think this is the prototype, but it's overall size is great.
