'07 BRK&T Northstar in curly maple?

This is what I want, but none of the usual sources seem to have it in this handle material. Does anyone have suggestions about getting one, or must I get it in a different material?

Will do. McKnight and DLT have some other nice ones, but it's usually worth it to wait for exactly what you want.

I've been enthralled with curly maple/tiger maple since I was a kid and saw a curly maple flintlock that a friend of my dad had made.

A Northstar in curly maple.... Or rosewood, or desert ironwood, or mesquite, or...well hell, A Northstar in damn near anything is great.

If you are not sold on the Curly Maple Dark--the Birdseye Maple and Bocote are beautiful--the pics don't do them justice!

Bocote is choice B if I am not able to get dark curly maple easily. Now I have to figure out how to tell my wife I'm buying a $140 dollar knife! My usual tactic is to wait until she buys something extravagant and foolish.

Just by coincidence, maybe, DLT has an '07 Northstar in Traditional Dark Curly Maple. Red liners, solid pins. AND, just so you're aware.......

They have a couple of mini-Northstars in natural Birds'Eye Maple with Mosaic and a Traditional Dark Curly with red liners and solid pins.

Just a thought.......
