Hey Iwanna make some more chefs knife--i made a few out of 3/32 from Jantz with OK success (only OK cause im new and still learning)
is 1/16" too thin to heat treat and quench without severe chance of warp? I do have a homemade straight jig as I pullout of the quench--really all it isis 2 pieces of angle iron in a vise---
would 1/16 warp toobad?
