Is there such a thing as 1/16" thick 1084? I want to mess with some really thin knives.

I have some 1/16 thick 1095. I can hook you up with some if you are interested, let me know.

Hey all, sorry if I confused anybody. I am not in the business of selling 1095.

I got quite a few emails wondering what i would sell the 1095 for. I should been more specific in my post, and i appologize.

My intent of the offer to Chiro75 was for a couple pieces (probably not even a pound) since he lives only 30 mile from me. And no, I am not playing favorites! :)

I would like to sell some to everybody that needs some, but I can't sell myself out of stock. I use the 1095 and 15n20 in everything that I currently make.

Sorry for any mis-understanding.

If you already have some 1/8" stock it wouldn't take much using a file with a draw filing technique, to reduce it to 3/32" or 1/16" stock. If you have a 4"x36" Delta grinder it will work too, just rig up a magnet to hold the stock. Just some thoughts.
