1/8 pivots

Basic question; are 1/8 pivots too small for a 3" folder. I notice that AKS sells them and they would be a better fit in a small folder I'm designing, but I'm concerned they won't provide enough support compared to 3/16 pivots.

I think it’s plenty fine and I’ve used 1/8 in 3” folders
