I woke up this morning to about a foot of freshly fallen snow...

So I brought Stella for a little walk through the woods. She's 10 months old and has never experienced more than a (New England style) dusting

The shelter we got her from said she's a lab mix...

I think she's part white tail deer given the way she was bounding through the snow

Squirrel!!!

And finally,home again...where she decided to take over my chair by the wood stove!

All in all she did great in the snow;she broke trail like a champ,and sent the squirrels packin'
