Just ordered my first Busse
OK make that 2
Was trying to decide between the NO & SH
After both forums I knew I couldn't go wrong with either
After much tossing & turning decided to start with the SH E
Before I knew what hit me,also got the Killer"B"
Just like eating potato chips I couldn't stop with 1
Glad I didn't grab a handful(maybe not)
What sheath comes with the SH?
Didn't see any sheath options when I ordered
Can anybody reccomend a good sheath for the "B"?
TIA

Hey, Tiz. I am another Birmingham area Busseholic. A guy calling himself Relayer also had his first post on the other Busse forum this morning. Maybe we've got a club going here!

Welcome to the Busse forum Tiz!

Great choices you've got there. They should cover most all the chores you'll encounter :D

Tell us what you think of them when they arrive :)

Here's a pic of the standard Steel Heart sheath:

For sheathes for the KB (or aftermarket sheathes in general), I'd check out:

KYDEX

Eric Noeldechen of On/Scene Tactical

David Brown of Buy Brown Industries

LEATHER

Kenny Rowe Leather

Thanks for the pix & the links
As you might guess I am very excited to be "One Of The Few The Proud"
Busseholics

Welcom to the wild and wacky world of INFI addiction :D

Now that you've ordered it's like a different TV commercial now, the Ketchup one with the Carly Simon song "ANTICIPATION" plays while the poor little kid waits anxiously for the ketchup to hit his burger. No matter how fast a knife gets to you, it's never fast enough.

KB sheath
I would HIGHLY recommend David Brown's sheaths and his KB in particular. I really love his sheath work. After getting his sheath for my KB I found I was using the KB MUCH more because I now had a much better carry set-up. I clip it on my belt front left in horizontal cross draw and when I'm doing week-end projects it comes in very handy as a Nuclear utility knife. It unsheaths very smoothly (and without pulling my pants sideways as some sheaths do when you carry them in the horizontal position) and still holds on to the knife with plenty of security IMHO. David Brown's sheaths have very little extra kydex, outside of the shape of the knife, which I like, and makes them very compact. This is important to me when carrying in the horizontal position so it doesn't dig into me when I'm moving around and bending over or kneeling or whatever. When you combine David Brown's slim sheath with a mini Tec-lok I have a knife and sheath set-up that I can wear all day on sat. and forget it's even there, but when I need it it's in and out in a heart beat. Oh yeah, and I forgot to mention, I LIKE IT. :p

Tiz,
Welcome to the Busse forum and congrats on your new Busse's. Hope you stick around and join in.:)

Welcome aboard and congrats on your two pieces, there are great choices. I especially like the SH - the flagship of the Busse Combat line. Stick around and share your tales of INFI.

Hiya Tiz,

Welcome to the Busse world. The SH-E IS a handful. ;) Be sure to spank and abuse that puppy every day after it arrives by chopping & slashing & hacking & busting & prying & slicing stuff with it. Busse knives thrive on Tough Love, so be sure to let your SH-E know how much you love it.

You are on the slippery INFI slope now and there is no going back. ;)
