1 of 1 Rounder, comin my way

[MT Damascus]

I am pretty excited about this one guys and gals, this is a Jerry Halfrich damascus and stag rounder. damasteel tight twist blade and backspring and damasteel small roses intergal liner and bolster. the first all damascus rounder from Jerrys shop. It has the pin through the bolsters, old school style. I have been searching for a zulu spear or similar and ran into this, which fits the bill for me. I will show more pics when i recieve. Rich(R & M Custom knives) is out hunting for a few days and will put it in the mail on friday, cant wait. Cheers, Kris

After speaking with Jerry today, the damascus is actually Damasteel and not Chad Nichols, it was mislabeled when i bought it. It has a Damasteel tight twist blade and backspring, and Damasteel small roses intergral bolster and liner. And as Jerry said, some of the finest matching sambar stag he has seen in a while. I called him because I did not think it was Chads damascus as it was sold to me. I have Chads and Mike Norris' damascus and neither make patterns resembling this. I have many knives with damasteel and it is a superb steel that holds a terrific edge. Thought I was getting Chads damascus though, I still love this knife. Cheers, Kris
