Hi HBB,

FYI...you may find yourself in some hot water with the forum MODs. It not ok to post info about live auctions:eek:. You may get an infraction for "price fixing, deal spotting"...kind of like a speeding ticket on the forum.

But to answer your question. I for one like knives with blade cutouts (However, many folks don't care for them at all). Any 192 would be a very good deal for that price. IMHO that one would be a deal at twice that price. For what it's worth I have 4 192's with blade cutout's and I paid about $80+ as an average for them, all 4 of them have stag handles. Only you can decide what is collectable to you and what you want to pay.

But, now that you posted info about it here, everyone else now knows about it, and you may not get the good deal you were looking for:foot:.

I did not know about not posting things like this. I did bid on it but I don't collect this type of knife. I was really trying to let guys who collect this knife know about it. 1 of 1000 is the only reason I did bid on it. Thanks for warning me about not posting on going auctions..............:o
 
You need to go back and edit your original post, in effect deleting it ASAP.

Hi HBB,

I am not a forum copper...LOL, far from it. I just don't want you to get spanked by them as I did:mad:. Kinda pissed me off. But, I got the point and just don't do that stuff no more.

Very cool of you to think of the rest of us. I'm a bonefide Buck knife whore:rolleyes: I like them all...no focus or discipline in my accumulation (did I just admit that :)). I'm sure you would be able to sell or trade, that knife to someone here if you were so inclined...but, you may just like it whole lot if you get it;).

i like the cut outs and dont understand either why so many dont..

the first knife that i bought as a NON USER knife was a deer cutout
that first pure for collecting only knife is
what got me started to were i am now
before that i only had about 24 or so users in all kinds of tool boxes and here and there were i thought i might need a knife..
oh well ... buck fever.. it is catching...
 
Bob...I guess ya got the 'point' ! LOL! I think the blade cutouts are a lot tougher than you might first think....And Buck warrenties them too don't they?? But they might replace the blade with a non-cutout [folder] Has any forum member 'damaged' one ????
