Got a little hairy here with the ice storm this week. Wife was freaking about the big birch tree by the deck leaning against the back sliding deck door, so....

Me and my old 1 of 300 user took a few limbs down, thought you might like to see...

Not completely sure. I got this one from RokJok a while back. I'm not sure if he had it done or not. But the rear talon hole was removed and G10 black grips put on. Extremely comfortable!

Doc, I am so glad to see you using that one. Given how well the handle fit my small'ish hand I hated to see it go. But obviously it has found a home where it is appreciated for its toughness. IMHO there are too many safe queen Busses in the world. But not that one, even if it is of a special vintage and lineage. You are doing well by that marvelous old blade!!

The handle mods were done by Greg Namin, from whom I got the Battle Mistress and the Blade-O-Leer sheath that Mr Andry has now honored with a bit o' birch bashing and trashing.
