A month or two ago, Kevin Cashen offered a couple of super nice Damascus Fighters for sale on his website. If memory serves, Joss and Wulf scooped them up in the space of a heart beat or two. My email to Kevin was a dollar short and a day late. :grumpy:

However. Kevin asked if I would be interested in a carbon Bowie that he was planning on finishing in January. Foolish question! He sent me photos of some handle materials and we settled upon exhibition grade black walnut. His trademark twist damascus for the Guard, Ferrule and butt cap, a bit of fluting and chamfering rounded out the plan. All in all, not too bad a consolation prize!

I'll try to get a better photo shortly.

Stephen,

As I recall, the Damascus and Stag beauty, that you liberated from Kevin at the Blade Show, is one of his very best!
How about posting a photo of it, so we all can enjoy it!

Best,
P
