My Grandfather recently died and both of us collected pocket knives so I was the one who ended up getting the collection. There were hundreds of knives so it has taken me a while to go through all the boxes. Last night I came across this Case 06247 pen knife. This is the type of knife that I like for my daily carry so I was thinking about cleaning it up a little and using it. Once I realized that it was from 1970 I was wondering if this is a knife that I should put back up in the collection or just use it because I like it. I can tell that he carried it some as we are both the same in that unless it was some sort of collectors knife we usually bought stuff that we liked to carry. Let me know what you think. I did not look at all of them as I got very distracted by this one but there were several Case knives that had the same handle and looked as though he bought the whole collection of this style at once.
