MY great uncle died a couple of years back. his wife followed him this spring. I went to his auction to pick up a few of his knives and his original brass knuckles. anyways his knives were all seperate and in a case that were sold at the end of the day. By accident a knife that I didint even know existed showed up in a box of random tools. I saw it at the last second and put up a bid of $10. I got some junk, some desent tools and this schrade walden switch blade knife. one side of the blade reads schrade then something that looks like it starts with the letter C and then walden below it. on the other side it reads u.s. pats dec.21,09 sept 13,10 and june 6.16. The knife is far from perfect but still somewhat works. when you push the button it pops the blade but not all the way up and it dosent lock completely. You still have to push the button to release it, its just a little wobbly and around the button and lock it is a little cracked up.I read there was supposed to be some etching on the blade but mine is either worn off or had none. Is this knife just sentimental or does it still hold some value in this condition .
thanks-joel
