10" scottish dirk

anyone interested in making one? my little brother (6) is part of the southern indiana pipes and drums band and we're having trouble finding a small enough dirk for his uniform, I can make the blade but i'm not sure i could do the sheath well enough. any interest? the website for them is http://southindianapipes.com/ in case you want to see him , also an example of the type of sheath I'm talking about

The sheath doesn't need to be as fancy as all those Pakistani dirks from the Scot suppliers.This dirk tutorial will make a knife your brother will treasure.
