I went to a Lowe's in the north Denver metro today (ironically, to buy a new toolchest to keep my boxed knives in 
) and walked by an endcap full of Recruits marked at $10 and change (down from a regular price of $13).
I looked on the Lowe's Web site and couldn't find any Victorinox listed. So, no guarantee this deal is available in your town but I thought I'd spread the word.
