If you had $100 gift card to footlocker what shoes would you buy?

I like Nike air force ones for comfort/casual.

Leaning toward these timberlands overall though.

I'd go with the Air Force 1's. Timberlands don't really do it for me, I have had too many pairs that haven't held up.

I like almost everything Nike makes, those are no exception, pick those af1s up :)

i have to agree with that. I had two pair of Timberland shoes fall apart in too short a time. I'll never buy that brand again.

Carl.

Another vote for the AF1s. I've been wearing a pair of Black/White AF1s and they're really comfortable.

Nike Free. Feels like you are barefoot and strengthens your feet. The Air Max's are good too, squishy good.

Depends on what you want for your feet.

Sneakers like air force 1 at 100bucks is expensive. It's a classic but i guess i changed my taste to adidas. No shelltoes

+1 for New Balance- also recommended by my podiatrist

I always buy Canada West boots, though the models I pick usually run closer to $200.

Work boots are pretty much universal footwear for me. I don't actually own any "shoes".
You never know when you will be lifting something heavy.

I've got really bad feet. They are also wide. I like the New Balance and Brooks as far as walking sneakers, etc. The podiatrist likes the New Balance.

Just bought a pair of these this weekend, $95

I could use a new pair of trail running type shoes (I work in them all summer, usually Merrells)

No clue what Foot Locker sells, I'm not sure I've ever been in one.

Hmm this is a tough one for me. Recent shoe purchases that I'm really happy with that are around the $100 mark are as follows (Not deal-spotting, simply providing links with pictures!):

-Helly Hansen Men's Berthed 3 Hiking Boot. These are probably the most comfortable hiking boots I've EVER owned. I'm considering buying another pair as backup before they're gone. (Mine are a dark brown not shown as an option here) http://www.amazon.com/Helly-Hansen-Mens-Berthed-Hiking/dp/B000RT95U0

-Nike Free 3.0 - black & yellow. Really lightweight, comfortable shoes that will get a lot of use this summer. http://www.nike-frees.com/nikefree/views/?Mens-Nike-Free-3.0-V2-Shoes-Black-Yellow-95767.html

-Salomon Elios Leather Cross-Trainers (I've got a grey and orange pair of the Elios 2 also): http://www.buzzillions.com/reviews/men-salomon-elios-leather-cross-training-shoes-reviews

-Salomon Fusion Softshells - super comfortable, lightweight and breathable: http://www.kaboodle.com/reviews/salomon-fusion-autobahn-black-black--salomon-mens-shoes?um=2

I agree with what others have said about the Timberlands. I've had several pairs' soles wear out or split prematurely. I was not impressed and highly doubt I'll buy their shoes again.

I just bought a pair of vibram 5 finger Komodo's and I am really liking them. These are the all terrain ones, very comfortable. They aren't as hard to get used to as what some people say. I highly recommend them.
