Hey Guys:

I've acquired 4-100 ton hydraulic cylinders and was wondering what I should do with them. They are real stout. Also have a portable controller for them, someone told me they are used for lifting houses and called a PortaPower. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Bob

You should get rid of them right away. I will give you my address for proper disposal. :D

You could start looking into building a hydraulic press.

Bob, with the right dies you could sqeeze out a finished blade with one heat!
Or you could make your own diamonds!

:D was it me, i'd sneak over to Bruce's house in the middle of night and raise the house a couple feet while he's sleeping. :D :D

course the obviouse would be tosquish stuff with it :p

Sweany..One time some smart ass put a BUMP sign in my yard. It was stolen from a nearby construction site.

All of the porta-powr cylinders I have ever seen were single acting rather than double acting like you need for a press.

I prefer the term the term "wise slacks" thank you very much. :p

With that much tonnage a man could make some honkin big billets.

The production Pattern weld boys use big equipment like that.

Bump sign, I like it.
