a small thanks to this forum and its members
i have learned so much here and really had a good time
you have challenged me
supported me in my wilderness learning
made me laugh so hard i almost peed my pants
irritated the sh^t outta me at times
and left me sometimes enlightened sometimes confused....;)

so there is a knife in this somewhere
but before we get to that
to enter-this will be a basic random drawing sorta thing
nevertheless id really like to see a pic of your favorite knife of all times
IN USE
and tells us why you love it so much
one entry each please
and i believe there is a rule on bladeforums regarding having to be a gold member to enter a give-away
if this is indeed the case then of course i will abide by sparks rules
thanks

oh yeah what you get
a smallish handmade knife
i would guess that someone bought a blank and handled it
its a nice little user

reckon ill let it run a week or so, or until ya'll get bored and move along

thanks again

There is no rule that you have to be a gold member to enter a giveaway. So Ill get the ball rolling.

Its hard to take a pic and use your knife at the same time. This is the only pic I have of my favorite knife of all time. Fishing on a sandbar . The Kabar must have cut a hundred rod holders over the years . Heres the knife and some rod holders and a lantern holder cut that night.

Dip is right there is not rule. However many people limit it to paid members to show their appreciation to people who support the site. Either way its always nice of the person offering the giveaway. Here is a shelter I built with my LM Wave

Thanks for the Chance.

First off thank you so much for the opportunity to win that beautiful little knife.
I apologize, but I do not have a picture of my favorite knife, but I will show you through words.
It is a small scandi PSK with osage orange scales and is made by Mark.
I only got it recently, but I love it.
Thanks, Damian.

I love that this knife is a custom it cuts like a laser and is small enough for pocket carry. Here she is cleaning a moose. Because of her size I am never without it. I've never been a big folder guy so this is the goods for me.
Thanks for the chance!!

I can't even pick a favorite knife of all time, and then I'd have to grow another hand to take a picture of it in use....

Thanks for the chance and generosity
Not exactly in use but been used -to pelt animals from my trapline
A DP knife small game

Putting up furs the correct way, trappers take pride in that.A fine knife like the one pictured helps greatly by making knife use quick and efficient

My favorite knife at the moment is my Becker BK9. It's big, bad, and does everything I need a knife to do. The picture is of it's first piece of wood it went through.

It was a tough call between the drab but fab F1 and the Aurora. I'd buy both again just to have another even if I never used the spare. I'll pick the Aurora though because whenever I see it I feel that tug to get outdoors more often and see the world.

This H1 is fast becoming one of my favorites: sharp enough to do some carving, tough enough to take a beating and those larger grips make it a pleasure to use.

Thanks for the opportunity and congrats on your 1k.

8 was the lucky number

Congrats on 1k Sadie! I am glad you are here, as we don't see many ladies over here, specially with all the skills you possess.

Please don't consider me for the give away, but thats very generous of you.
