I still feel like a newbie, but this is my 1000th post on Bladeforums. I've really enjoyed my time here, and I've learned a lot. Thank you all for your contributions to this community.
In keeping with tradition I am giving away a knife.
Here are the rules:
1) By entering this give-away you are affirming that you are at least 18 years of age and the knife given away is legal to own in your jurisdiction.
2) You release the Giver (that's me) from any liability that results from your participating in this give-away. This includes any damages that may result from using, abusing, the knife.
3) You must have at least 100 posts on Bladeforums to enter the give-away.
4) This will be totally random. Just post in this thread and you'll be entered. Your post number will be your entry number.
5) Registered Users may enter once. Those with paying memberships (Basic, Gold, Platinum, Dealer, Maker, etc.) may enter twice. Those second entries can be consecutive entries or you may wait several days to make the second.
6) Entry is open to U.S. and foreign members who otherwise qualify. I will pay shipping for U.S. winners but *may* require assistance from foreign winners to help with additional shipping costs.
7) The contest will run until 12:00 Midnight on Saturday January 30, 2010.
8) The winner will be chosen by random number from random.org and the results posted here sometime on Sunday January 31, 2010. I will attempt to contact the winner through PM or email, but not all members are setup to receive PM's or email so you should check here on Sunday January 31, 2010.
9) I would appreciate the winner posting in this thread when they receive the knife.
Now, this is what I'm giving away: A like new Benchmade Griptilian 551.
