I'm sure this has been asked 1000 times before but I have never seen it. sorry.
So this makes 1001 times.
What does the green square mean on the right hand side of each person post, and some are also lite up as well.
Yeah Yeah I know I'm still new in this game.

2. When you get to Service & Support you can read the sticky entitled "Reputation Point FAQ's".

3. When your done with that you can read the sticky in the Community Center Forum entitled "Community Center Rules & Guidelines".

4. Take the time to do a search of the forum before taking the obviously easy way out.
