1060 steel supplier

does anyone know of a supplier for 1060 steel? Trying to get some to forge into small axe and tomahawk heads.

I have some 1080 3/4 square and 1" square in stock. If you give me a call, I can start looking for some 1060 as well, or something else we have may work out. The shop number is 973.949.4140, ask for Pete. I'll be in the office another hour or so, or call tomorrow. Whatever works.

Aldo and Peter are good people. A lot of knife makers here get their steel from them.

I was just about to recommend Aldo Bruno. For smaller stuff, the 1080 should be fine.

If Pete can't help you, also do a search for Kelly Cupples.

I'm no maker, but everyone in the makers section I've seen readily endorses Aldo. You would probably be better off posting there
