I am pretty sure that Keith Johnson has made some with lanyard holes and is taking orders, but I don't know about the price.
 
I would check with John Lloyd. I have 2 of his knives, and they are decent and reasonably priced. If you look in the exchange section here, VCM3 sells lloyd's knives.
 
I have quite a few Lanny's and you can find many a maker @ your price point such as Keith Johnson, Craig Brewer, Jared Oeser, David Taber (Dr.T), his son Jason Taber
and probably more. Each person on my list ,makes an excellent knife that will certainly suit your purposes, good hunting!
