I just won an eBay auction for a 1081 with a pristine looking box and original paperwork for $24, anyone want to fill me in on the 1081?

According to KA-BAR they were made from the late 1960s-1999, you need a gold membership to discuss values here but if you google it you will see the KA-BAR page with dates and values. Delrin handle scales. If you post photos you could likely get a better date by the box. Really more of a user than a collectible in the opinions of some.
