here is a bird and trout knife inspired(and I use the term loosely) by a knife I received last Christmas from Bruce Bump.
Needless to say Bruce's work is light years ahead of my own,and every day I learn a little more.-thank you Mr.Bump!

Beautiful knife! But what I want to know is,where do you go to hunt birds and catch trout? It's the biggest bird and trout pattern I've ever seen!!

Yeah I know, but small bowie just didn't seem to fit.:o
Then again you should see the size of the trout over here:cool::D

Shawn:
you must be chasing them Rangeley trout. As far as birds go, that knife is probably what you would need for a Maine turkey. Nice looking knife.

Thanks for the compliments...
could be a fighter-the balance is just behind the index finger

Dont know that I would call it a "Bird and Trout" knife but I would call it a great knife I really like it take a pic of the butt of the knife please

Howzit Shawn?

That "little" trout knife reminds me of a story a friend shared with me. He took his family on a vacation from Hawaii to the rockies some years back. While there they saw a fella catching trout. My friend's young boy had only seen fishing done in Hawaii in the Pacific Ocean. He walks up to the gent and looks at his trout and asks him what kind of bait they were and what he was he hoping to catch!

Your knife would have come in handy for "whatever he was going to catch."

All the best, Phil

Awesome Shawn, It looks like a good fighter for large fish and big birds. Love it man.
Thanks for the credit, I can see some Bump in there.
