Sparljo,

The spacer is a piece of thick sheet brass, I notched it with a triangle file. Thanks for the nice comment about the knife. I'll be posting pictures of the hand-made sheath soon. My father-in-law makes-em.....he's really having a ball doing it for me.

Thanks Keith,

I really appreciate your comment. I'm trying to follow the advise of you folks here on the forums and with each knife hopefully get a little better. :)

Hey Bob, that looks really good. The plunge line looks good and clean. Are you full-time still ;^)

Cheers,
Fuad

I am still laid off from Mack Trucks, so that technically makes me full time....ha,ha. Thanks for the nice comment on my knife, I appreciate your support Fuad. BTW.....just saw that unreal short sword you posted....that belongs in a museum man! How did things go at Blade for you, did you have a good time?

Thanks Bob,

It went pretty well, some did better- some did worse. Like I said to another knife making buddy earlier today -I sold eight :six little stock removal utility knives, one large stock removal, and a little clay hardened fighter. Paid for my hotel room, table for next year, one of Coops pic's, a bunch of steaks, and some cigars. Came home with the really nicer work that I'll sell on my website-soon hopefully! I thought that the knife I designed was going to premiere at the show, but they didn't get done in time. By the way, the pic's you're posting are a lot better. Take care and keep posting away.

Cheers,
Fuad
