1095 camp knife

I ground this one from 1/8'' 1095, it measures 16'' overall and is about 2 1/2'' at the widest.

The handle is black linen micarta, with 3/8'' hollow copper pins.

Wasn't trying for any beauty award winner, just a very light weight pack/camp knife, and something with a real handful to grab hold of.

If you were trying for something that wasn't a beauty you failed miserably. That is fantastic!

Very Nice indeed.. How did you make the metal appear like that..?
 
I agree, you suck at making an ugly knife!!!!! How's she cut? I'm about to jump into making my first knife, just trying to decide what i want to tackle
