Here is one I just finished for my cousin...
The blade is 1095,clay quenched, from Aldo with some hammer marks, and left dark from the etch.
The guard and pommel are 316 stainless.
Copper spacers.
Wood is walnut cut from owner's property-leftover from a rifle stock he made.
BL is 5 1/2" to guard.
OAL is 10 1/2".
Sheath is leather with copper accents.
Well,he said he wanted a hunting knife, but after his description of what he wanted,I made this fighter;)

Nice looking knife Shawn. IF I had a need for 1, I just Might ask U 2 make one 4 me. Price is always foremost in my mind. Just watt would an item like that go for/.

Shawn that is very nice it has a real warm look and the copper on the sheath is a nice touch.

Thanks for the thread resuscitation-and the compliments.I'm still learning and evolving as a maker, and the feedback is truly appreciated.
