Hi Folks- :)

The blade of this fighter has some Joe P influence... it's 0.300 thick at the guard with a ton of distal taper, and the clip is sharp. Paul, flat-out, makes some of my favorite sheaths and his work has definitely influenced the sheaths I have been making. :)

This knife was forged from 1095 and quenched in brine, it has a hand sanded finish, 416 stainless guard with 1200X satin finish on the sides and mirror polished inside lugs, stabilized Oak burl handle, 416 and black G10 spacers, and a domed 416 pin. The sheath is fully tooled cowhide.

Thanks for checking out my work...!!! :)

There's a reflection on the ss spacer that looks like a flaw, but it's just a reflection...

Beautiful clean knife, the wood and well as the execution of the handle design is outa sight! pitty bout the flaw in the spacer ;)

a good example of why you are one of my favorites, Nick! This knife oozes class.

Thank you for the kind words guys, they are very much appreciated! :)

And when you get two of your favorite Mastersmiths to post, it's an extra good day. :)

Oh my god that is gorgeous. That blade profile, broad at the plunge with the long clip, just makes me quiver.

Beautiful, Nick!

Nicky, absolutely flawless work all around. The sheath is perfect in every respect. I am humbled to even be mentioned in its creation.

I do not know what else I can add Nick. Super clean and great proportions. Classic Nick Wheeler. That sheath is no slouch either. Big thumbs up here.

Flaw in the spacer. You're funny. :p

Cleaner work I haven't seen. I hope your honeymoon phase continues unabated, but with more knives! :)

This one is just delicious. Congrats on the total package.

I'm looking for one even slightly out'a place scratch line....... just one.

I've been looking for a while.

And, that sheath is quite a looker too.
