Thought I would post some pictures of a knife I finished out over the weekend.

7 3/4 inches overall with 3 3/4 blade. 1095 brine quenched and clay coated in an attempt to work some hamon. I got activity, but nothing like I intended. Its placement shouldn't compromise the blade, so I finished it anyway.

Handles are natural g10 and blue liners.
This is my second time using this material. It finishes great, but stinks real bad and works differently then wood. I had some trouble around the pins, visible in the pictures. The last picture is my attempt at showing the translucence.

Hope you enjoy.
