1095=new favorite knife steel. Mostly i've only had stainless knives but carbon blades are amazing.

I'm sure some of you have seen my thread on the kabar warthog i picked up and is this thing amazing. I was sittin there watching tv. I pulled out the warthog and it shaved hair right off my arm. Razor sharp out of the box.

In know this is off topic but does anyone know someone that makes shoulder harness sheaths for knives?
 
is one of my favs, too. Eric at On Scene Tactical has a rep for being a great guy as well as putting out some top quality kydex.

p.s. I think I remember a company called Bladerigger that did shoulder rigs.

1095.My favorite also,one of the few steels that made this country what it is.Am partial to all high carbons.
