10in French Chefs knife

Hey there

After doing the 8" santoku a couple weeks ago I had a customer ask for a 10" french pattern

this is what I came up with

it is 10" long from bolster to tip
center of balance is on the "w" in my mark
weighs around 8 oz
the spine is .09 thick (a 1/16 is .0625) for fun we took another photo showing the spine with a .05 guitar string.
Handle is Cocobolo
