I was trying to purchase 3 knives for $470. Mike said to paypal to address blipbleep05@gmail.com(Daniella Wright). I sent the $470. Knives were sold to someone else. I requested a refund from blipbleep05@gmail.com and was refused a refund.
Mike (micealblade112.5@proton.me) will not answer my emails.

You do not seem to have posted your email in that sales thread yet you received an email requesting payment.

Sorry mate, but it looks like you got hit by a scammer.

I found your email in about 5 seconds. This scammer saw your post, clicked twice and then sent you the scam email out of the blue and you sent them money.

Reach out to PayPal and your bank to see what they can do.

Go through your posts and edit your email out.


Edit to add: This has been a common scam recently and almost certainly has nothing to do with the real member whom you attempted to purchase knives.

Your situation is not clear. In what form did the request for payment come to you? Was it a DM or was it email?
If it was an email, how did you verify that the email originated from the actual seller rather than a random scammer?
