Did you people see the new offering - 0110BRS60th. 60th Anniversary, Magnacut, 110 with a medallion. Sheath has brown stitching. 2000 made. Knifecenter and Palmetto State Armory already has them for order ($200). I think Buck will drop it on Thursday. My opinion? I don't really collect 110s but you can get a Magnacut (without medallion or special sheath) from Buck custom shop for $150. 2000 is not that limited. Is the sheath, in fact, special? I guess if I collected 110s, I'd have to get it. Because I know I'd get it if it were a 112.

If it is the same sheath pictured front and back, the back looks like black stitching, at least to my old eyes. Maybe its two-tone thread. 🤣

I missed out on the 50th anniversary knives but managed to get the 50th anniversary 112’s. I agree with you i collect the 112’s now more than the 110’s.
Honestly i just don’t care that much about the special steels. 420HC is just fine by me.IMG_2356.jpeg

The problem is, if you look the other side of the sheath (from the picture at Knifecenter), the threads are black. So, I don't know what is going on here.
yeah saw y'all talked about that. I'm hoping it's the brown thread. guess we'll find out eventually. whether back is a stock pic and front pic is it or vice versa. minor difference that shouldn't matter in anyway, just like the brown stitching looks.

Well, I think Buck is dropping this tomorrow. So maybe the sheath controversy will resolve them.

I'm not a serious Buck collector, so my FOMO associated with these constant special drops has essentially evaporated. I have the Magnacut 110 from the first secret release they did, and don't carry it, so odds that this knife would be carried are similarly low, so I'm a pass on this one.

I don't know what they're smoking but I'm sure they'll sell. It's kind of disappointing to me. I got the 50th anniversary with no emblem because at the time they had multiple versions it was $40. Also had ebony wood which means that with inflation and the material upgrade to magnacut the 60th anniversary cost $160 more? I'm a hard pass at that price
